Planning
It all starts with the discovery call then from there, ASI will curate a hardware acquisition plan customized based on your short term and long term requirements all while considering asset values.
ASI will prepare a complete refresh plan for approval and then based on that, we can warehouse and deploy device kits based on the needs of our clients.
Deployment
ASI can warehouse and fulfill at our client’s cadence; we will create custom kits; asset tag and inventory then deploy those assets based on the project schedule.
Support
ASI will be your single source point of contact for OEM ticket management and warranty services.
Device Retirement Plan
ASI offers disposition programs while clients provide asset list details of obsolete devices, we then submit a fair market value offer for the devices. Any devices beyond economic repair will be ethically recycled by one of our vetted R2V3 certified recycling partner networks throughout the US.
Data Security, Certifications, and Disposal
- For devices that contain data and are to be recycled or resold, there will be a data wipe of those devices to NIST 800-88 Standards.
- Any asset for recycling or resell that fails testing or does not meet minimum hardware specifications, as determined by ASI, will be environmentally recycled according to EPA guidelines.
- All failed media and drives will be shredded within the facility.
- The customer is indemnified from any environmental liability and will be provided with a Document of Liability Transfer and Certificate of Data Destruction for any devices that are resold or recycled.
- Partnered exclusively with downstream vendors that are R2V3 certified. The R2V3 certification requires the ISO 14001 and 45001.
- Chain-of-custody documents, certificates of recycling, wipe reports to NIST 800-888 standards will be provided.

All sales are final. ASI provides a 90-day warranty or direct manufacturers warranty as applicable. Returns are subject to restocking fees and may incur shipping charges.
